Emily Pelletier and Matt Rousseau carry forward the legacy started more than 60 years ago. They lead with care, integrity, and a clear vision for the future, keeping people and community at the heart of everything they do.

Matt was the first of the third generation to join the agency, starting in 2003. He graduated from Biddeford High School in 1996 and has built his career at Rousseau with a deep commitment to the values established by his grandfather.

Matt takes great pride in continuing the agency’s legacy and ensuring clients receive personal, reliable service rooted in long-standing relationships.

He lives in Biddeford with his two children and remains dedicated to serving the community and carrying forward the reputation his family has built over the past 65 years.

Emily is part of the third generation helping lead Rousseau Insurance forward. She graduated from Biddeford High School in 2007, earned her degree from Stonehill College in 2011, and later completed her MBA at the University of Southern Maine in 2015.

During her time at Stonehill, she was a member of the Women’s Basketball Team, an experience that strengthened her love for teamwork, discipline, and leadership.

Emily lives in Wells with her husband, Rick, and their three children. She is active in the community through her involvement with the Biddeford and Saco Rotary Club and enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the Maine coast.

She is proud to continue the Rousseau family legacy and looks forward to serving the community with the same level of dedication that has shaped the agency for more than 65 years.

Cheryl has been part of Rousseau for more than three decades, starting her journey with the agency in 1991 as a part-time file clerk while still in college. After graduating from the University of Southern Maine in 1994 with a degree in Business, she joined the team full time as a Personal Lines Account Manager and has held this role ever since.

Known for her consistency, industry knowledge, and steady presence, Cheryl takes pride in helping local families navigate their coverage with clarity and care. She lives in Biddeford with her husband, Cory, and their two daughters.

A 2005 graduate of Biddeford High School, Gina continues to serve the community she grew up in. She currently lives in Biddeford with her family.

Originally from the Oxford Hills area, he moved to Portland in 2005 to study photography at Maine College of Art.

In 2015, he shifted his academic focus and earned his bachelor’s degree in theology, a path that continues to inform his grounded, community-centered approach to client service.

Joshua lives in Gorham with his wife and two sons and is actively involved in his local church community as well as Gorham’s Boy Scouts Troop 73. In his free time, he enjoys playing music and expanding his ever-growing guitar collection.

She is married to her husband Billy and together they have two children, Max and Piper. Catherine is also a proud pet parent to two dogs, Lilo, a Vizsla, and Maui, a Husky.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, attending concerts, volunteering in the community, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves supporting her children’s musical performances across marching band, pep band, jazz band, and concert band.

Michele joined Rousseau Insurance as a Personal Lines Account Manager, bringing decades of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career in 1998 as an insurance agent and office manager and has since built a strong foundation in client service, helping individuals and families feel confident in their coverage.

Originally from Gorham, Maine, Michele values the relationships she builds with clients and is excited to be part of the Rousseau team. She looks forward to working with both colleagues and clients while continuing to provide thoughtful, responsive support.

Michele is married to her husband Tommy and has a large and close-knit family, including her children Bryanna, Yvette, and Sean, as well as her stepchildren Samuel and Tessa. She is also a proud grandmother to Parker, Tenley, Raavi, and Oslo, and shares her home with her dog Gizmo, a yellow lab mix.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors, especially on the lakes during the summer after recently getting a new boat. She also enjoys working in the yard, cooking, traveling, and attending motorsports events. Growing up, she had a horse named Chico, which reflects her lifelong love of animals and the outdoors.
