Meet Michele Tobias, Our New Personal Lines Account Manager

We’re excited to welcome Michele Tobias to Rousseau Insurance as our new Personal Lines Account Manager.

Michele has spent her career in personal insurance, working as an insurance agent and office manager before joining our team. With a strong background in client service, she takes the time to understand what a household actually needs from its coverage.

Personal insurance covers more than a list of policies. Homes, vehicles, growing families, new purchases, and the responsibilities that come with all of it. Coverage works best when it reflects how a household actually lives, and that takes a real conversation between the client and the agent. Michele’s approach fits that work well.

Michele grew up in Gorham, Maine, and is looking forward to working with the Rousseau team and our clients across Southern Maine.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys cooking, traveling, motorsports, working in the yard, and spending time outdoors. This summer, she is especially looking forward to time on the lakes with her family and their new boat. Michele and her husband, Tommy, have a large family that includes their children Bryanna, Yvette, and Sean, their stepchildren Samuel and Tessa, and grandchildren Parker, Tenley, Raavi, and Oslo. She also has a yellow lab mix named Gizmo. A fun fact about Michele: she had a horse named Chico growing up.
